3 days, 3 Ways Nevada Republicans are Rubber Stamps For Trump’s Cost-Raising Agenda (Iran War Edition)

With Donald Trump’s visit to the state to gaslight Nevada families just around the corner, NV Dems is launching a new series to highlight a few of the many ways Nevada Republicans running for Congress will be rubber stamps for Trump’s cost-raising agenda in Washington.

On day one, we’re calling out Republicans for supporting Trump’s endless war with Iran that continues to jack up gas prices.

From Marty O’Donnell saying he would support Trump’s war “in a heartbeat” to Carrie Buck saying the Iran war is worth it despite the gas prices to David Flippo hopping on Fox News to defend the war, it’s clear Nevada Republicans running for Congress will never stand up for Nevada families and will always put Trump’s cost-raising agenda first.

When Republicans say they support Trump’s endless war in Iran, this is what it means for Nevada families:

  • Gas prices have reached $5 a gallon while diesel prices are nearing $7 a gallon — an all time high.
  • Higher fuel costs mean more expensive groceries with Nevada having the top five most expensive grocery prices in the country.
  • With higher fuel prices leading to more expensive flights, the Trump Slump continues as September became the 19th straight month of declining visitors landing at Las Vegas Harry Reid Airport.
